"Io e te, è già un confine" is a short animated film that explores the emotional barriers that form within human relationships. Through animation, the film takes us on a brief journey across relationships shaped by predefined roles and fixed patterns.
The short film was created for the exhibition “CONFINI” by the GUAZZABUGLIO collective (aka Matteo Dang Minh, BBraio, Júlia Ventura Bruguera and Rullampo).

After a pic-nic on the beach with Matteo, by the lake, I wrote this short text and made a little animation inspired by that moment.
"Fermo quest'istante con te, sulla riva di un lago, con le zanzare e la luna.
Un tempo chiuso, dove pesco le parole da dentro e cerco di proteggere questo momento prezioso, mentre fai una foto ai nostri calzini.
Il ciclo imperturbabile del sole che in un attimo si spegne. E la luna diventa un faro sulle nostre esistenze, piccole, ridicole, tenere e sacre.
La sensazione calda, la certezza che il nostro amore invincibile è vissuto in quest'attimo di primavera, prima che mi mordesse una zanzara."
